Football Game Preview: Racine Lutheran vs. Pecatonica/Argyle

On Friday Racine Lutheran will take on Pecatonica/Argyle at 7:00 PM. Since neither squad is a stranger to landslide victories this season, you'd better bet it will be hard-fought showdown.

Racine Lutheran entered their game last Thursday as the heavy favorite, and they fully lived up to expectations. They put the hurt on Catholic Central with a sharp 49-21 victory. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 35-7.

Meanwhile, Pecatonica/Argyle might be getting used to good results now that the squad has five wins in a row. They took the matchup and then some with a 56-14 win over Hurley last Friday. Followers of Pecatonica/Argyle probably expected little less of the team in a season in which they have collected six blowout victories.
