Softball Recap: Chester Takes a Loss

Chester was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 10-7 to the Sullivan West Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 14-11 back in April.

Chester now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Sullivan West, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-2.

Coincidentally, Chester and Sullivan West will both be playing Beacon the next time they take the field. The Hambletonians will host the Bulldogs at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Bulldogs will host them at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
