Volleyball Recap: Cook Comes Up Short

Cook lost against Madison County two weeks ago and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Hornets came up short against the Cowboys, falling 3-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-14, 25-18.

Cook has been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-16 record this season. As for Madison County, they pushed their record up to 12-8 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

Cook wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Early County on the 7th. As for Madison County, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against St. John Paul II on the 7th.
