Soccer Recap: Campolindo's Win on Thursday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Campolindo waltzed into their contest on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They never let the Ygnacio Valley Wolves onto the board and left with a 2-0 win. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but the Cougars were the better team in the second half.

Brody Jones and Levi Olsen scored both of Campolindo's goals, bringing their combined season tally to four goals.

Campolindo's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Ygnacio Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3-1.

Campolindo wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 7-3 win against College Park on the 19th. As for Ygnacio Valley, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Northgate at 1:00 p.m. on January 4, 2025.
