Basketball Game Preview: Mattoon Greenwave vs. Effingham Hearts

For the first time this season, Mattoon will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup. They will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against the Effingham Hearts at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
