Football Preview: Century Centurions vs. Magnolia Sentinels
Century is 1-9 against Magnolia since November of 2014 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Century Centurions will stay at home for another week and welcome the Magnolia Sentinels at 7:00 p.m. Century is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 31.8 points per game this season.
Last Friday, Century took their matchup at home with ease, bagging a 42-6 victory over Loara. The result was nothing new for the Centurions, who have now won three games by 28 points or more so far this season.

Meanwhile, Magnolia came into Thursday's contest having lost nine straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They won a match that couldn't have been any closer, slipping by Savanna 29-28. The Sentinels' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Century's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Magnolia, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-6.
Century was taken down by Magnolia 59-29 in their previous meeting back in October of 2023. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Magnolia's Andre Scott, who threw for 280 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 12.7 yards per attempt, and also rushed for 89 yards and a touchdown.
