Kings has gone a perfect 10-0 against Walnut Hills recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Knights will look to defend their home field against the Eagles at 4:45 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Kings has 15 straight wins, Walnut Hills has three straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

Kings came out on top against Loveland on Tuesday thanks in part to the team's impressive 12-run second inning. The Knights blew past the Tigers 13-2. The Knights might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten matchups by seven runs or more this season.

Grace Parkhurst was incredible, going 2-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. The team also got some help courtesy of Abbie McKinney, who went 1-for-2 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.

Kings always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .562. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Loveland only posted an OBP of .200.

Meanwhile, Walnut Hills fell victim to Lebanon and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They lost 11-0 to the Warriors.

Walnut Hills saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Taylor Birl, who went 1-for-4 with one stolen base.

Kings pushed their record up to 15-1 with the victory, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.0 runs over those games. As for Walnut Hills, their loss dropped their record down to 5-7.

Everything went Kings' way against Walnut Hills when the teams last played back in April of 2024, as Kings made off with a 16-2 victory. Will the Knights repeat their success, or do the Eagles have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
