Volleyball Recap: Lafayette Jefferson Falls Short of Mccutcheon in the Playoffs

Lafayette Jefferson and McCutcheon squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Lafayette Jefferson had to settle for second. They came up short against the Mavericks, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Mavericks this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Lafayette Jefferson's loss dropped their record down to 8-20. As for McCutcheon, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 13-17.

Lafayette Jefferson does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for McCutcheon, they have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Harrison on the 18th.
