Football Recap: Harris County Comes Up Short

Harris County and Southeast Bulloch squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Harris County had to settle for second. They fell 7-0 to the Southeast Bulloch Yellow Jackets. The shutout was out of character for the Tigers seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in October.

Madalynn Cauley threw for 130 yards on 14 of 24 attempts. Pearson Pettit was her top target, picking up 75 receiving yards.

Harris County's loss dropped their record down to 20-5. As for Southeast Bulloch, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 18-1.

Harris County does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Southeast Bulloch has also already played their next matchup, a 27-0 victory against Dodge County on the 12th.
