Basketball Recap: Five Straight Road Wins for Battiest

Battiest won the last time they faced Antlers and things went their way on Saturday too. The Battiest Panthers came out on top against the Antlers Bearcats by a score of 60-53. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Panthers.

Battiest pushed their record up to 10-8 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road. As for Antlers, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-9 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Battiest will challenge Soper at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Antlers, a feisty cat fight is on tap when the Antlers Bearcats face off against the Fort Towson Tigers at 8:00 p.m. on Monday. Antlers is facing Fort Towson at the right time seeing as Fort Towson is stuck on a six-game losing streak.
