Softball Recap: North Mustangs vs. Camelback Spartans
It may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but North ultimately got the result they hoped for on Wednesday. They walked away with a 16-13 win over the Camelback Spartans. The victory was just what North needed coming off of a 19-7 defeat in their prior match.
Solis Coker made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run over five innings pitched. Coker was also big at the plate, going 3-for-5 with two runs, a triple, and a stolen base. She has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last four times she's played.
In other batting news, North let Natalie Figueroa and Mia Romero loose on the outfield.
