Baseball Recap: Fordham Prep Rams vs. Moore Catholic Mavericks

Fordham Prep was the 3-1 winner over Moore Catholic when they last played one another back in May of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Rams took a 6-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mavericks on Thursday. The Rams have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Derek Soroa put in work no matter where he played. On the mound, he tossed four innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off two hits. Soroa was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-3. He is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last four games he's played.
