Basketball Recap: Pine Hill Wins Going Away Against Hondo Valley

Pine Hill had to skate by with only a three-point margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the 23-point drubbing they dealt Hondo Valley on Thursday. Everything went the Pine Hill Warriors' way against the Hondo Valley Eagles as the Pine Hill Warriors made off with a 63-40 win.

The victory got Pine Hill back to even at 5-5. As for Hondo Valley, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 5-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Pine Hill will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Moriarty at 2:00 p.m. on January 9, 2025. Hondo Valley also won't see the court for a while: their next matchup is against Cliff at 2:30 p.m. on January 10, 2025.
