Volleyball Recap: Timber Creek Falcons vs. Plano Wildcats
Timber Creek extended their losing streak to three on Friday, dropping them down to 6-6. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Plano Wildcats. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Falcons of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2024.
Their offense was headlined by Toree Rayford and Lexi Caprio, who picked up six kills apiece. They got some help from Lillian Day and her ten assists.
As for Plano, the victory (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 9-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win they have posted since October 1, 2024.

Timber Creek wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Ursuline Academy on the 22nd. As for Plano, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against North Forney on the 22nd.
