Soccer Recap: Wickliffe Comes Up Short

Wickliffe's game on Tuesday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They came up short against the Crestwood Red Devils, falling 7-0. Wickliffe were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Crestwood apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Wickliffe's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Crestwood, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-4.

Wickliffe didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 6-0 victory against Conneaut on the 11th. As for Crestwood, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, an 8-1 defeat against Canton Central Catholic on the 11th.
