With a playoff win on the line, Gresham Community rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Oneida Nation Thunderhawks. The win continues a trend for the Wildcats in their matchups with the Thunderhawks: they've now won seven in a row.

Emily Jensen paced Gresham Community's offense, picking up 14 kills. Jensen got some help from Grace Haffner and her 19 assists. Alivia Perez controlled things from the service line, finishing with seven aces.

Gresham Community's victory bumped their record up to 12-13. As for Oneida Nation, they dropped their record down to 1-19 with the defeat, which was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Gresham Community will face off against Green Bay N.E.W. Lutheran at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Oneida Nation does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
