Soccer Recap: Kimberly Takes a Loss

While it was Kimberly who put the first goals on the board on Tuesday, it was Appleton West who put up more. The Papermakers fell just short of the Terrors by a score of 3-2. Kimberly were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Appleton West apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Kimberly's defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 2-1-2 and their overall record down to 2-3-3. As for Appleton West, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-7-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Kimberly will host Oshkosh West at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Appleton West, they will be playing at home against Bay Port at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
