On Wednesday, St. Frances Academy faced Bullis in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The St. Frances Academy Panthers came out on top against the Bullis Bulldogs by a score of 62-54. The victory was familiar territory for the Panthers, who have now won ten matchups in a row.

St. Frances Academy's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Mone'T Edwards, who went 7-for-15 to rack up 18 points in addition to six rebounds and three steals. That's the most steals Edwards has posted since back in December of 2024. Heidi Williams was another key player, shooting 47% from the field on her way to 18 points and seven boards.

St. Frances Academy's victory bumped their record up to 25-4. As for Bullis, their defeat dropped their record down to 24-8.
