Football Recap: Hull-Daisetta Comes Up Short

Hull-Daisetta fell victim to Deweyville and their airtight defense on Friday. They were dealt a 40-0 defeat at the hands of the Pirates. The Bobcats haven't had much luck with the Pirates recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Hull-Daisetta's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Deweyville, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-3 record this season.

Hull-Daisetta will head out to square off against West Sabine at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Deweyville, they will be playing at home against Evadale at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Pirates will need to watch out since the Rebels have now posted at least 31 points in their last four games.
