Baseball Recap: St. Michaels Has No Trouble Against Kent County

While St. Michaels put up some runs on Saturday, the same can't be said for Kent County. The Saints put the hurt on the Trojans with a sharp 10-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Saints, who have now won ten matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

The team relied heavily on Ethan Royer, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases, three runs, and two RBI. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in March. Brennen Dean was another key player, going 1-for-2 with three RBI, one stolen base, and one run.

The victory made it two in a row for St. Michaels and bumps their season record up to 14-6. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.0 runs over those games. As for Kent County, they have been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 11 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-14 record this season.
