Basketball Recap: Mt. Diablo Takes Loss Despite Strong Efforts from Luke Miller and Jacory Brown + How To Watch

Mt. Diablo was the 66-64 winner over Skyline when they last played one another back in November of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Red Devils fell 55-47 to the Titans on Tuesday. While the Red Devils didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Titans 15-9 in the first quarter.

Mt. Diablo's loss came despite strong showings from Jacory Brown and Luke Miller. Brown shot 83% from the field to rack up 11 points in addition to seven rebounds and three blocks, while Miller posted eight points along with nine boards and three blocks. Another player making a difference was Tyran Grady, who had nine points and six assists.

Having lost for the first time this season, Mt. Diablo fell to 2-1. As for Skyline, they now also have a winning record of 2-1.

Looking ahead, Mt. Diablo will take on Mission at 5:30 p.m. on December 4. As for Skyline, they will square off against Albany at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
