Volleyball Recap: Byron Takes a Loss

Byron saw some tournament action on Friday. They fell 2-0 to the Barron Golden Bears. The Bears have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Barron can attribute much of their success to Abby Miller, who had nine digs and two aces.

Byron's loss dropped their record down to 10-6. As for Barron, the victory (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 27-3.

Looking ahead, Byron will host Lourdes at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Barron, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 win against St. Michael-Albertville on the 11th.
