Baseball Recap: Lincoln Takes a Loss

Lincoln was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They lost 14-3 to the Sioux City North Stars. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Stars this season, with their most recent defeat being a 14-4 loss back in May.

Greyson Clark made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-3 with one home run and three RBI.

Lincoln's defeat dropped their record down to 5-21. As for Sioux City North, they pushed their record up to 17-4 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.

Lincoln didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 3-2 loss against Jefferson on the 26th. Sioux City North has also already played their next matchup (against Unity Christian), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
