Baseball Recap: 15 Straight Home Victories for Bradford

Bradford put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Dresden Lions by a score of 9-4. This was payback for the Red Devils, who suffered a 3-1 loss the last time these two teams met.

Carver Cates was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out seven batters over 4.2 innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits (and only one walk). That's the fewest hits he has allowed since back in April of 2024. He was also big at the plate, scoring two runs while going 2-for-4. That's the most runs he has posted since back in April of 2024.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Landon Hagan, who scored two runs while going 3-for-4. What's more, he posted three RBI, the most he's had since back in April of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Dylan Brauer, who went 1-for-3 with one home run and three RBI.

Bradford pushed their record up to 3-0 with the victory, which was their 15th straight at home dating back to last season.
