Volleyball Recap: Sotomayor Gets the Win

Sotomayor won the last time they faced Robert F. Kennedy Community and things went their way on Friday too. The Wolves put the hurt on the Bobcats with a sharp 3-0 victory.

One reason for the win was Sotomayor's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The match finished with set scores of 28-26, 25-19, 25-15.

Sotomayor's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Robert F. Kennedy Community, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-3.

Looking ahead, Sotomayor will take on Sun Valley Magnet in a tournament on Saturday. The Pioneers will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something the Wolves surely won't give up without a fight. As for Robert F. Kennedy Community, they will take on Contreras at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
