Football Recap: Fairborn Comes Up Short

After flying high against Greenville last Friday, Fairborn came back down to earth. The Skyhawks were outmatched by the Troy Trojans and fell 52-7. The defeat continues a trend for the Skyhawks in their meetings with the Trojans: they've now lost eight in a row.

Fairborn's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Troy, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Fairborn will challenge rival West Carrollton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Troy is set to take on their familiar foe Stebbins at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
