The Croatan Cougars will take on the Dixon Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Croatan's last six matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
Croatan headed into their last matchup having not scored more than one goal for three straight, but White Oak let them put that streak behind them. Croatan sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 4-3 win over White Oak on Thursday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Cougars as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.
Meanwhile, Dixon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against West Carteret, falling 4-1.
