Meanwhile, Rabun County escaped with a win on Tuesday against Armuchee by the margin of a single free throw, 48-47.

Worth County's victory was their ninth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-8. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.4 points over those games. As for Rabun County, they now have a winning record of 13-12.
