Sprague and South Salem are an even 5-5 against one another since March of 2021, but not for long. The Sprague Olympians will face off against the South Salem Saxons at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Sprague is looking to tack on another W to their nine-game streak on the road dating back to last season.

South Salem had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first two sets, they turned around to win the nextthree. After all that action, the final score was 18-25, 17-25, 25-23, 25-20, 15-11.
Having lost for the first time this season, Sprague fell to 2-1. As for South Salem, their win bumped their record up to 3-1.
Sprague took their victory against South Salem in their previous meeting back in October of 2023 by a conclusive 3-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for Sprague since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
