Black River's loss dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Saugatuck, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 9-12.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Black River will square off against Fennville at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The River Rats are facing the Blackhawks at the right time seeing as the Blackhawks are stuck on a 15-game losing streak. As for Saugatuck, they will take on Our Lady of the Lake Catholic at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
