Everett's defeat dropped their record down to 7-11. As for Marysville-Pilchuck, their loss dropped their record down to 1-17.

Everything came up roses for Everett against Marysville-Pilchuck in their previous meeting on January 10th, as the squad secured a 61-18 win. In that contest, Everett amassed a halftime lead of 39-11, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Friday.
