Basketball Recap: Davis County Takes a Loss

Davis County lost against Fort Madison back in February of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Davis County Mustangs took a blow against the Fort Madison Bloodhounds, falling 81-51. The Mustangs just can't catch a break and have now endured four losses in a row.

Davis County's record is now 12-10. As for Fort Madison, the victory got them back to even at 9-9.

Davis County didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 77-44 win against New London on the 11th. As for Fort Madison, they will square off against Keokuk at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Keokuk will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Fort Madison surely won't give up without a fight.
