Basketball Recap: Satanta Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Satanta can bid farewell to their 13-game losing streak dating back to last season thanks to their game on Friday. They came out on top against the Pawnee Heights Tigers by a score of 57-47. That's more bragging rights for the Indians, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Pawnee Heights' defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Cody Holste, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 14 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Brady Carlson, who posted ten points and five boards.

Satanta's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-12. As for Pawnee Heights, they are on a 15-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-14.
