Abbott waltzed into their matchup on Friday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They came within a single point of losing the streak, but they secured a 35-34 W against the Oglesby Tigers. This was a revenge game for the Panthers: when they faced off against the Tigers back in January, they had to take a 66-58 loss.

Abbott's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-6. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.3 points over those games. As for Oglesby, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-4.
