Volleyball Recap: KIPP College Prep's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

KIPP College Prep can bid farewell to their six-match losing streak thanks to their match on Friday. They came out on top against the Idea Timberwolves by a score of 2-0. That's more bragging rights for the Panthers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: KIPP College Prep took both sets by at least 12 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-13.

KIPP College Prep's victory bumped their record up to 5-8. As for Idea, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.

Looking ahead, KIPP College Prep will take on Washington Latin Public Charter School at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Idea does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
