Basketball Recap: Jasper County Gets the Win

After losing to Salem the last time they met, Jasper County decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Jasper County Hurricanes narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Salem Seminoles 52-50.

Jasper County has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a massive bump to their 9-10 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.6 points per game. As for Salem, they dropped their record down to 7-14 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home.

Jasper County will welcome Social Circle at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Salem, they will venture away from home to take on Drew Charter at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
