Softball Recap: Shadle Park Takes a Loss

Friday just wasn't the day for Shadle Park's offense. They came up short against the Mt. Spokane Wildcats on Friday, falling 15-0. The contest marked the first time this year in which the Highlanders were not able to get on the board.

This is the second loss in a row for Shadle Park and nudges their season record down to 4-5. As for Mt. Spokane, their victory was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-0.

Shadle Park and Mt. Spokane will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next games. The next time the Highlanders see the field they'll take on Central Valley at 4:00 p.m. on the 14th. As for Mt. Spokane, their break will end when they face Ferris at 4:00 p.m. on the 15th.
