Basketball Recap: Gateway Has No Trouble Against Tohopekaliga

Gateway's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They strolled past the Tohopekaliga Tigers with points to spare, taking the game 70-51. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 43-31 back in December of 2024.

The victory got Gateway back to even at 6-6. As for Tohopekaliga, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-8.

Gateway didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 64-51 loss against Eustis on the 11th. As for Tohopekaliga, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 50-49 win against Legacy Charter on the 10th.
