Escambia is a perfect 10-0 against Pensacola since November of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Gators will be playing in front of their home fans against the Tigers at 7:00 p.m. Escambia will aim to continue their four-game streak of scoring more points each contest than the last.

Escambia is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They came out on top against Navarre by a score of 29-19 on Friday.

On the defensive side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Escambia's defense and their three sacks. The team can thank three different players for their defensive prowess: Malachi Landrum, Jadyn Minor, and Xion Miller, who each picked up one sack apiece.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Pensacola took on Booker T. Washington on Friday. The Tigers took a 30-20 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wildcats. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Escambia will have to contain Jamarcuz Fountain as he made an impact in Pensacola's last game. He rushed for 163 yards and one touchdown on only 14 carries, and also threw for 147 yards on 15 of 22 attempts. Another player making a difference was Courtney George, who gained 110 total yards and a touchdown.

Pensacola's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Escambia, they picked up their first road victory, bumping their record up to 2-4.
