Football Recap: Shenandoah Falls to Mount Ayr in First Game of Season + How To Watch

Shenandoah kicked off their season on the road on Friday and hit a couple of potholes. They fell 26-14 to the Mount Ayr Raiders. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it four in a row.

Despite the loss, Shenandoah still got an impressive performance from Gabe Buttry, who rushed for 90 yards and a pair of TDs.

Coming up, Shenandoah will face off against Clarinda at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Mount Ayr, they will challenge Riverside at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. This will be the Raiders' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
