Softball Recap: Sunset Bison vs. Hillcrest Panthers
Sunset scored the most runs they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Hillcrest Panthers as the Sunset Bison made off with a 17-4 win. The victory was just what Sunset needed coming off of a 23-0 defeat in their prior contest.
For Hillcrest's part, they saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Trissa Terrell, who went 1-for-2 with two RBI.
Sunset's win ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-4. As for Hillcrest, their loss was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-17.
Coincidentally, the pair will both be playing Molina the next time they take the field. Sunset will host Molina at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, while Hillcrest will host them at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
