Kern Valley came tearing into Thursday's match with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Rosamond Roadrunners by a score of 3-1. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 3-1 win back in September.

Kern Valley had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 24-26, 25-22, 25-15, 25-21.

Scarlet Weber paced Kern Valley's offense, picking up 18 kills. Weber were helped by Leenah Troller and Taylor Kristy, who contributed 19 assists each. Kenadie Young and Jade Montes kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with three aces apiece.

The victory got Kern Valley back to even at 12-12-1. As for Rosamond, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 17-15-2 record this season.

As of now, neither Kern Valley nor Rosamond have any future games scheduled.
