Basketball Recap: Wonewoc-Center Takes a Loss

Wonewoc-Center was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were dealt an 85-47 defeat at the hands of the Potosi Chieftains. While losing is never fun, the Wolves can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 486th, while the Chieftains are ranked 93rd).

Wonewoc-Center's loss dropped their record down to 3-15. As for Potosi, they pushed their record up to 18-4 with the win, which was their ninth straight at home.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Potosi beat Wonewoc-Center by a score of 85-47 on Tuesday.
