Bishop LeBlond hadn't done well against St. Pius X recently (they were 1-6 in their previous seven matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The Eagles blew past the Warriors 3-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Eagles also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Bishop LeBlond not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept St. Pius X between 18 and 21 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-18, 25-19.

Ella Frazee paced Bishop LeBlond's offense, picking up 14 kills. Frazee were helped by Emily Conz and Kendall Cathcart, who contributed 14 assists each. Katie Sego controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.
