Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Santa Fe). They put the hurt on the Ball Tornadoes with a sharp 9-1 victory on Saturday. With that win, the Indians brought their scoring average up to 2.6 goals per game.

The victory made it two in a row for Santa Fe and bumps their season record up to 9-3. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 12 goals over those two games. As for Ball, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-10.

Coincidentally, Santa Fe and Ball will both be playing Angleton the next time they take the pitch. Ball will head out to face Angleton at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Santa Fe will host them at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
