Recap: Silas Rams vs. Stadium Tigers
If the Silas Rams were feeling good off their 76-55 takedown of the Bonney Lake Panthers last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Silas took a 54-45 hit to the loss column at the hands of Stadium on Saturday. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Silas has scored all season.
Silas lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Tyson Parker, who scored ten points along with eight rebounds and three steals. Lamarcus Hinton was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with six rebounds and two steals.
Silas has been struggling recently, as they've lost five of their last six matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-7 record this season. As for Stadium, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-3 record this season.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Silas will face off against Skyline at 11:30 a.m. on Monday. Skyline has insisted on making their lastthree contests complete nail-biters, turning in a record of 2-1 during that stretch of close contests. As for Stadium, they will head out on the road to square off against Lakes at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Lakes has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 723 points over their last 11 matches.
