Baseball Recap: Heritage Comes Up Short

Heritage and College Park squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Heritage had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Falcons by a score of 4-3. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Patriots of the 3-2 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2024.

Heritage saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Trevor Thomas, who went 3-for-4 with one run.

This is the second loss in a row for Heritage and nudges their season record down to 19-6. As for College Park, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 15-10.

As of now, neither Heritage nor the Falcons have any future games scheduled.
