Metairie Park Country Day hasn't had much luck against Episcopal recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Metairie Park Country Day Cajuns will challenge the Episcopal Knights. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

Metairie Park Country Day is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Wednesday. Their defense stepped up to hand St. Frederick a 4-0 shutout. The victory was nothing new for the Cajuns as they're now sitting on three straight.

Meanwhile, after failing to score in their last contest, Episcopal made sure to put some goals up on the board against Christ Episcopal School on Wednesday. They blew past the Wildcats 9-1. Given the Knights' advantage in MaxPreps' Louisiana soccer rankings (they are ranked 46th, while the Wildcats are ranked 138th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Metairie Park Country Day's win bumped their record up to 8-14. As for Episcopal, they have also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 14-5-1 record this season.
