Volleyball Recap: Oceanside Comes Up Short

Oceanside saw some tournament action on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the El Capitan Vaqueros.

Oceanside has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season. The win made it two in a row for El Capitan and bumps their season record up to 9-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Oceanside will head out to take on O'Farrell Charter at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Oceanside is facing O'Farrell Charter at the right time seeing as O'Farrell Charter is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for El Capitan, they are taking a road trip to challenge Monte Vista at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
