Softball Recap: Ferndale Comes Up Short

Ferndale fell victim to United and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They came up short against the Lions, falling 12-0. The Yellow Jackets just can't catch a break and have now endured five losses in a row dating back to last season.

Ferndale's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for United, the win got them back to even at 3-3.

Ferndale wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, an 11-1 loss against Rockwood on the 6th. As for United, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 16-0 victory against Conemaugh Township on the 7th.
